Terms
Terms of use
Plain terms for the tokenhush.com website. The open-source software keeps its own license; these terms cover the website itself.
Scope
These terms apply to the tokenhush.com website. The software is separate: the public core is released under the Apache-2.0 license, which governs its use. If you use the product, that license is the agreement that applies to it.
Website content
This site describes the product, its security posture, and how to set it up. The source code and the public documentation are the authoritative description. The website is documentation, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a normal visitor: do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, do not scrape it abusively, and do not use it for unlawful activity. Security testing should go through the responsible disclosure channel described on the security page.
Your accounts and provider terms
Tokenhush works with the AI provider accounts and keys you already have. Those accounts remain your responsibility, and your use of a provider is governed by that provider's terms. The project does not operate a hosted proxy service for your traffic.
No warranty
The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Warranty terms for the software come from its open-source license.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page with its date. If you continue to use the site after an update, the updated terms apply.
Governing language
The English version governs.
These terms are published in English and in Simplified Chinese for convenience. If there is any discrepancy or ambiguity between the two versions, the English version controls.
